HP Fax Safety Recall

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and /or other safety regulatory authorities, HP announced voluntary product recall and rebate programs for some HP Fax machines distributed in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Recall programs were announced on the following dates.

• January 31, 2012 for the HP Fax 1040 and 1050
• June 26, 2008 for the HP Fax 1010 and 1010xi
